IMPORTANT INFO FOR CUSTOMERS BASED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)

Unfortunately, because of the ongoing tariffs between Canada and the USA, we are forced to impose an additional fee to compensate for these costs. While we are remain committed to bringing affordable art products to everyone, the tariffs are not a cost we are able to entirely absorb on our own.

We humbly ask that our US based costumers half way meet us half way. Moving foward, we will implementing a temporary measure, sending purshases bound for the US an addtional invoice post purchase.

This invoice will be HALF of the tariff calculated to us by the shipping company we use, post purchase.

Q - How do I make my products?

A - I paint all my illustrations myself, which can take many hours.

After some more work, I hand things off to third party manufacturers. I try my best to search for places that gave give me and you, the best quality.

 

Q - Will you have other designs?

A - One step at a time, but hopefully! I have plenty of ideas I'd like to make into stickers or other fun products.

 

Q - Can I request a commission through this shop?

A - Unfortunately not at this time. This shop is primarily for physical products.

 

Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A - After an order is placed, it will take about 1-2 business days to get ready and shipped out, depending on when my local postal services closes.

If you are in Canada or the US, your order should arrive in 3-6 business days. Any orders outside North American may take 8-22 days.

Proof of your order being mailed off will be sent to via email. After that, it is in the hands of the postal system. 


IMPORTANT

Please note that orders are not shipped out on weekends. Any orders recieved on weekends, or late Friday will not be shipped out until the following Monday. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
